TILA THAILAM (Sesame oil)

Also known as Gandha Prasarini which has a meaning that it spreads bad smell. The plant has properties like Vrushya (aphrodisiac), Sandhanakrut (useful in bone healing), and Balakrut (improves strength and immunity). Most of the massage oils that balances Vata will have Prasarini as an ingredient. It easily relieves pain, inflammation and stiffness.
SAHACHARA (Barleria prionites)
It is widely used in South India in various preparations and is considered as an important Vatahara drug. Used in the treatment of Vata disorders, leprosy, high blood sugar, urinary problems, jaundice, menstrual disorders etc.
SHATAVARI (Asparagus recemosa)
