Product Description The term ‘Rasayana’ in Sanskrit stands for revival and rejuvenation. Aja Ashwagandha Rasayanam is a jaggery based nourishing 'avaleha' preparation that has Aswagandha (Withania somnifera) and Ajamamsa (Goat’s meat) as its key ingredients. Goat’s meat is hailed by classic Ayurvedic literature as the meat that is most conducive and strengthening to the human body. ‘Avaleha’ preparation is a sweet and palatable adaptation of ‘Kashaya’ or herbal decoction. Rich in nutrients, it may be used to supplement a meal, in persons with healthy digestion. The herbal jam contains fragrant spices and appetite stimulants like Cumin, Cardamom, Black pepper, Long pepper etc.

AJAMAMSARASAM

Goat’s meat soup. Mutton is particularly nutrient-dense, and the richest source of thiamin, vitamins B6 and B12, phosphorus, iron, and copper. Regular consumption of lamb may promote muscle growth, maintenance, and performance. Also, it helps prevent anemia.

ASHWAGANDHA (Withania somnifera)

Commonly known as Indian Ginseng. It can reduce anxiety and stress, help fight depression, boost fertility and testosterone in men, and even boost brain function. Supplementing with Aswagandha may be an easy and effective way to improve your health and quality of life.

YASHTIMADHU (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

Roots as choorna are mainly used for Ayurvedic preparations as well as single drugs. Yashtimadhu oil externally used for various skin conditions as well as decoctions is used internally for respiratory disorders and digestive disorders.

JATIPHALA (Myristica fragrans)

Commonly known as Nutmeg, its ability to relieve pain, soothe indigestion, strengthen cognitive function, detoxify the body, boost skin health, alleviate oral conditions, reduce insomnia, enhance immune system function, and prevent leukemia, and improve blood circulation. It is very beneficial in the congestion of the lungs and other pulmonary diseases. It is also used as a laxative and used to prevent stomach pain, flatulence, and gripping.

TVAK (Syzygium aromaticum)

It is the aromatic flower buds clove. Clove is most commonly applied directly to the gums for toothache, pain control during dental work, and other dental-related issues. Clove oil has biological activities, such as antibacterial, antifungal, insecticidal, and antioxidant properties, and is used traditionally as a savoring agent and antimicrobial material in food.

PATRA (Cinnamomum tamala)

Commonly known as Indian bay leaf, it is used as a spice or flavoring agent as well as it has medicinal qualities. Adding Patra leaves to food helps in improving digestion and also prevents gas and flatulence due to its carminative property. Patra oil is beneficial for managing rheumatoid arthritis due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity.

JATIPATRA (Myristica fragrance)

Mace is a yellowish-brown spice that is derived from the dried lacy coating of the nutmeg seed. Mace is taken by mouth for diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach spasms and pain, and intestinal gas. It is also taken by mouth for treating cancer, kidney disease, increasing menstrual flow; causing a miscarriage, and as a hallucinogen.

LAVAGNA (Cinnamomum zylanicum)

It is used in flatulent dyspepsia, dyspepsia with nausea, intestinal colic, and digestive atony associated with cold and weak conditions. It is known to relieve nausea and vomiting, and because of its mild astringency. It is particularly used for infantile diarrhea.
