Panchajeera stands for the five drugs Jeera (Cuminum cyminum), Kalajaji (Nigella sativa), Ajamoda (Trachyspermum roxbhurgianum), Dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum) and Satahwa (Anethum sowa) which represent the digestive and metabolism promoting action of the combination. The sweet and appetizing base makes it palatable and easy to use. Panchajeeraka Gudam is used to revive and nourish the body debilitated by aggravated the dryness of Vata and heat of Pitta.
