Features and benefits of Vettumaran Gulika-

‘Ama’ is the metabolic waste that accumulates in the body. It clogs gross and subtle channels in the body. ‘Ama Pachan’ or the process of breaking down and expelling the disease causing toxins is the hallmark property of Vettumaran Gulika.
Vettumaran Gulika fights chronic infection and inflammation in the body. Active infection is characterised by recurrent fever, malaise and lack of appetite.
It sloughs off problematic Kapha from the sinuses, nasal tract, throat and lungs.

MARICHA (Piper nigrum)

Black pepper is native to Western Ghats of India. It is cultivated for its fruit, which is widely used as a spice and in traditional Indian medicine preparation. Black pepper is an appetizer and carminative commonly used in the treatment of digestive system related complaints like dyspepsia, indigestion, flatulence, nausea, diarrhoea and colic pain. In the respiratory system, it acts as an expectorant used in cough, cold and chest congestion. It is externally used as an analgesic and in vitiligo it stimulates the production of pigments.

AJAMODA (Apium graveolens)

Ajamoda is an important drug of Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani systems of medicine, which consists of umbelliferous fruits. According to Ayurveda, Ajamoda Arka is useful in Agnimandya (loss of appetite), Ajirna (indigestion), Bastiroga (urinary bladder disorder), Vata-Kapha-Roga (diseases due to Vata & Kapha disorders), and Aruchi (anorexia).
