Dosage and Instructions

Each sachet comes in 24gms. One sachet of Sahacharadi Kashayam is recommended for one time use. Cut open one sachet, empty the contents to 200ml, stir well and boil in low flame for 10minutes. This kashayam can be taken in warm consistency twice daily in empty stomach, before breakfast and dinner.

  • Sahachara (Strobilanthes ciliates) – The roots are highly therapeutic and useful in treating vata disorders, blood sugar management, urinal issues, jaundice, excessive menstruation, skin inflammations or allergies, toothaches, and other conditions can also be treated with it in addition to rheumatic ailments. It can be utilised for post-natal treatment as well.
  • Daru Haridra (Berberis aristata) – Daruharidra is mainly useful in treating gouty arthritis when the uric acid levels in the blood is very high and it also acts as an antibacterial agent.  It helps to relieve spasmodic pain of the abdomen.
  • Shunti (Zingiber officinale) – Shunthi is also known as vishwabheshaja (universal medicine) because of its diverse applications. It is a natural pain reliever that is used to treat a variety of pains, including menstruation discomfort, joint pain, and colic. It also balances vata dosha in the body.
