TILA TAILAM (Sesamum Indicum)

ERANDA TAILA (Ricinus communis)

KARPASASTHI (Seed of Gossypium hirsutum)

MASHA (Vigna mungo)

KULATHA (Macrotyloma uniflorum)
Commonly called horse gram. Asthma, bronchitis, urinary difficulties, jaundice, peptic ulcers, haemorrhoids, and even menstrual troubles can all be effectively treated with horse gram. BALA (Sida cordifolia)

The pounded leaves are used to relieve swelling, the fruits are used to relieve headache, the mucilage is used as an emollient, and the root is used to treat rheumatism.
DEVADARU (Cedrus deodara)

SHUNTI (Zingiber officinale)

RASNA (Alpinia galanga)
Commonly known as giant galangal or blue ginger. The rhizome is employed medicinally. Antioxidant-rich foods may increase male fertility and decrease pain and inflammation.
