I joined the Fellowship Course in Gynaecology and Obstetrics at Sitaram Ayurveda under the guidance of Dr. Bhagavathy Ammal Madam, a highly respected senior Ayurvedic physician with extensive expertise in gynaecological disorders, particularly infertility. I also had the privilege of gaining a deeper understanding of the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and the Samhitas from respected Dr. Mannchen Sir and Dr. Ramanathan Sir. Their profound knowledge helped me look at Ayurvedic concepts from a completely new point of view. I truly appreciate Dr. Anjana Ma'am for her dedication and sincere efforts in making this course enriching and well organised. Dr. Athira Ma'am's kindness and commitment to teaching made the learning experience very comfortable and encouraging. Dr. Meera Ma'am's research background helped me understand the importance of research in taking Ayurveda to broader academic and scientific platforms. I am also sincerely grateful to all the staff members and interns who supported me in understanding and discussing clinical cases. This fellowship has helped me reshape, deepen, and refine my Ayurvedic knowledge and clinical skills, and it is already helping me significantly in my practice.

I attended the Fellowship at Sitaram Research Foundation, Thrissur, Kerala under Dr. Bhagavathy Ammal and Dr. D Ramanathan Devaraja Iyer. Those days of intense training gave me an experience of learning from the best doctors — Dr. Anjana Vivek, Dr. Athira & the staff at the hospital — which was truly enlightening. I got to learn new Panchakarma techniques used in gynecological issues and got great exposure to various patients coming in for PCOS, infertility, fibroids, menstrual disorders and many other issues related to women. The line of treatment they follow is in sync with the classical methods of Ayurvedic medicine — the best one to give perfect results. The in-depth knowledge and vast experience of Dr. Ammal Ma'am really helped me enhance my practice back in Mumbai. I am now resolving many gynecological problems through her guidance and applying the new techniques for better and quicker results. I am really thankful to everyone at Sitaram Ayurveda Hospital for giving me a chance to learn so much in such a short amount of time and apply all of that at my own clinic.
