GUGGULU(Commiphora mukul)
Commonly known as the mukul tree. It is used in incense and Vedic medicine. Guggulu has to be used only after purification since this resin contains impurities. Resin is used for arthritis, lowering high cholesterol, hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis), acne and other skin diseases, and weight loss. Guggul significantly lowers serum triglycerides and cholesterol as well as LDL and VLDL cholesterols (the bad cholesterols). At the same time, it raises levels of HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol).
NIMBA(Azardirachta indica) .
Commonly known as neem tree. Neem is used for various skin diseases, eye disorders, ulcers, gum diseases, for birth control. It is also used as a mosquito repellent. Neem leaf paste is used as a home remedy for skin rashes.

Commonly known as Amrutha.The extract is used in fever and in rhinitis conditions. It’s having tonic, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, anti-arthritic, anti-allergic, and anti-diabetic properties. The powder of Tinospora is given to children by mixing with lukewarm water and in pregnant women also.
VASA(Adathoda vasica.)
Commonly known as Malabar nut. A decoction of the leaves of Vasa may be used to help with cough and other symptoms of colds. The paste of the leaves is applied to relieve inflammation, pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and skin disorders. Prepare a decoction of vasa leaves by boiling it in water. Add a spoon of honey and it can be taken to prevent respiratory infections.
PATOLA(Trichosanthes cucumerina).
Commonly known as Snake gourd. Fruit, leaf, and roots are used for medicinal purpose. With its properties including antidiabetic, hepatoprotective, cytotoxic, anti-inflammatory, larvicidal effects, patola is used for treating headache, alopecia, fever, abdominal tumors, bilious, boils, acute colic diarrhea, haematuria, and skin allergy.
BRIHATI(Solanum indicum)
One among the dashamoolas. Used in the treatment of respiratory ailments, dropsy, heart diseases, chronic fever, colic, scorpion stings, difficulty in urination, and worm infestation. The root decoction is administered in respiratory disorders like asthma, cough, etc. This herb stimulates and strengthens the heart and is useful in cardiac disorders and improves the condition of edema.
PATA(Cyclea peltata)

VIDANGA(Embelia ribes)
Commonly known as false black pepper. This herb helps to relieve constipation. When consumed in form of tea it helps in the emptying of the bowel. It normalizes Agni and prevents indigestion. It has laxative, antifungal, antibacterial properties. Vidanga is generally used to expel worms and parasites from the stomach due to its anthelmintic properties. SURADARU(Cedrus deodara)
External application of the paste of Deodar helps to relieve pain, swelling, inflammation, cleansing infected wounds and skin disorders associated with pain and itching. Himalayan Cedar oil is also used in headache, arthritis pain, and infested wounds, externally. Devadaru helps to relieve cough by removing mucus from the respiratory tract due to its expectorant property.
DARUHARUDRA (Berberis aristata)
