BALA MOOLA (Sida cordifolia)
Bala is a common plant used in the Ayurvedic medical system. It is a potent herb used to increase the body’s general endurance and fortify the bones, muscles, and joints. GO KSHEERA (Cow’s Milk)

TILA THAILAM (Sesame oil)

YAVA (Hordeum vulgare)

KOLA (Zizyphus Jujube)

KULATHA (Dolichos biflorus)
