Job Specification:

● Any UG/PG, preferably in Science Subject

● Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in Ayurveda pharma

● Freshers can also apply (Freshers will be subjected to initial 6 months of training)

● Basic computer system handling knowledge

● Age group upto 35 yrs

● Gross monthly salary starting at 16k to 18 k (Based on candidate experience & quality) & TA/DA separate

● Trainee Stipend 13 k minimum for the first 6 months, plus Travel & Daily

Job Responsibility:

● Achieve sales target-Monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly & Annual

● Achieve collection targets

● Competitor information search

● Identifying & creating new sales leads and convert to actual sales

● Planning and scheduling travel in consultation with ASM & marketing office

● Acquire and update SAPL product knowledge

● Maintain Customer database and update the same on daily basis

● Maintain a good business relationship with doctors & customers and gain strong customer satisfaction by providing timely services

● Daily reporting to Marketing office and ASM, morning for work plan and evening for feedback

● Attend Sales review meetings, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annual Allowances separate
