Description
Kapha dosha in the abnormal state hinders the normal functions of the body. It hinders proper digestion and metabolism. Build up of metabolic toxins in the body is reflected in skewed blood parameters and chronic inflammation. This condition characterizes ‘Ama’, the condition that lies at the root of all disease, according to Ayurveda.
